Rich in B-Complex, calcium and other minerals. Cook 1 part buckwheat (bring to the boil & simmer with our veg stock for amazing flavor) to 3 parts water for 45-50 minutes.

Quinoa is a high protein food, related to spinach and beets, even though it looks and tastes like a grain.
