Macadamia nuts not only delicious they are nutritious and contain from 8-12% protein, are an excellent source of calcium as are most nuts and seeds, contain a variety of good fats including Omega 3 and 6 and a wide variety of moist vitamins and minerals like magnesium, B Vitamins and trace elements.
Make the most delicious macadamia fudge by blending 1 cup macadamia nuts until smooth like macadamia nut butter, then add ¼ cup carob flour or powder and raw honey to taste 2-4 heaped tsps. Blend well, then press flat in a dish and refrigerate until cooled down. Cut into squares and eat.
